Smith Designs for the purpose of answering product questions or filling orders will not be shared with any other organization except at the request of the individual. From time to time individuals or organizations who express interest in a product or service may receive e-mails announcing new product or service availability. If you do not wish to receive such e-mails, please let us know by e-mailing: jksmith@jksmithdesigns.com. Product Guarantee CD tutorials may not be returned unless the CD is damaged or fails to operate. In this event, the purchaser must notify J.K. Smith Designs of the problem within 60 days of purchase. The CD will be replaced, or the problem will be corrected by other means. Wearable art that has not been worn or washed may be returned within 30 days (60 days for items purchased in December) for a refund of the purchase price. If there are any problems with J.K.
